When we slow down, we can actually go faster and steadier and we achieve more and better. As my father always used to say “Kwee kwee doucement”, “slowly and right”.
As an adult now living in a fast-paced world, where there is often no tolerance and impatience composed by some of us wanting everything right now, I found myself exhausted, drained dry of energy. By just stopping to check-in within me, I changed my world.
I have decided to STOP, LISTEN, RESPECT, ACCEPT and FEEL my BODY, I refrained from always pleasing others who seemed to never get pleased anyway. I started seeing the change in other’s attitude, there are more time and more solutions in me and around me now, and life became easier. I was forced to slow down because my body spoke out loud! In this process, I started hearing my intuition, and I wasn’t lost anymore. I now know my way home.
