By walking barefoot, touching the different natural grounds, we allow the excess charge in our bodies from stress, mental chatter, rush, and all energies that don’t really serve us to dissolve into the welcoming and renewing earth. I personally prioritise grounding myself by choosing to leave my shoes behind and to benefit from the natural power of Mother Earth in my walks. I remember being a child and running free into the fields, climbing the fruit trees, and now I know the vitality it offered me. We become one with Nature when we go natural.
